Over the past 2 years, Beechwood has undergone several major renovations with the sole purpose of making a more walkable Beechwood that better connects its tenants and guests. Our goal is to continually improve connectivity and our guests' walking experience.

This new era of redevelopment continues our journey to revive community and legacy at Beechwood Shopping Center. These plans remove a large portion the interior of Beechwood in order to create a paseo walking experience through the heart of the center. Anchored by amazing restaurants on both ends of this corridor, we envision new and lively dining, working, and shopping experiences.
